Borrowing money is the easy part. Paying back the money can be a little trickier. We want to make sure you are comfortable with the repayment process before you commit to borrowing a personal loan. We’ve got answers to your repayment questions below!

The Essentials

A: To make a payment, visit your online account or call Customer Service at 1-888-638-2846.
A: If you are short on funds, you may be able to change your due date in the loan summary of your online account or by contacting Customer Service at 1-888-638-2846.
A: Absolutely! If approved for a personal loan and you elect to enroll in convenient automated payments, you will be able to setup a payment plan. While we strive to make repayment easier for you, enrolling in automated payments is always optional!
A: Sure. If you’re not comfortable with automated payments or have circumstances that don’t work well with this method, we understand. Manual payments are still an option for our Customers. If your account is currently set up with automated payments, call Customer Service at 1-888-638-2846 to switch to manual payments.
A: Woohoo extra payments! We get excited about extra payments because that means you’re closer to conquering a financial mountain. So, the answer is YES! You can make as many extra payments as you like.
A: Yes, you sure can! Avío Credit will always encourage additional payments that will help you pay off your personal loan before the due date! And even better, we will never charge you to pay off your loan early.
A: Nope – we want you to climb higher so whenever you want, you can pay off your personal loan – no penalty!
A: Simply sign in to your account and click on Loan Summary to check your personal loan balance.
A: The amount of online loan payments you make per month varies but are typically set to match what your pay schedule was when you applied for your loan.
A: We take the security of your personal information seriously. To help protect your banking information, you must contact Customer Service to make changes.

Select Add a Debit Card

Enter your card information

Click Save
